For me they celebrate the joy of painting, the miracle of art for your mental health, and the beauty of the Helford River”. Summer on the Creek inspiration: “A symphony of sparkle, of azure and lime. Everything is alive in the sunlight, ripples explode with a passing boat and then calm to a mirror. How to capture this vitalness, this energy, this joy. Little blades of seaweed skewer the surface, dancing on the tide as the grey pink mud makes fleeting appearances through the water swirl.
